Level 3 NVQ in Witness Care (Accreditation no. 500/6127/6)
Qualification aim This NVQ is suitable for individuals working directly with witnesses or on witness care programmes either as employees or as volunteers. It covers a number of areas including identifying the needs of victims and witnesses, providing them with accurate and up to date information on case progress, providing support for attendance at court as well as being able to effectively use ICT systems and work as part of a team.
